Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 3 days before

Cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) before your pickup time for a full refund to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days.

Within 3 days

Within 3 days of pickup, including if you do not arrive, 30% of the tour price is charged. If you paid in full, we refund 70%. If you paid the 30% deposit, the deposit covers this charge and nothing more is due.

Changing your date

Free up to 3 days before pickup, subject to availability.

If we have to change or cancel

If the authorities close the road over the pass, you choose a full refund or a free new date. If a privately run stop is closed on the day, your guide takes you somewhere of similar interest at the same price, with no partial refund. Cloud hiding a view is not refunded.
