This policy explains what O Quy Ho Pass Private Tours collects when you use oquyhopass.com or book a tour, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Booking details: name, email, WhatsApp number, tour date, group size, hotel and any notes you add.
• Payment: card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number. The card is used for either the full payment or the deposit.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

Who we share it with

We share what is needed to run your tour with your guide and driver and our local travel partner: your name, group size, hotel, pickup time and any special needs. If you chose to pay the balance in cash, your guide is told the amount due. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

• Booking and payment records: 10 years, as accounting law requires.
• Support conversations: 24 months.

Infrastructure

The site runs on a commercial web host. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. We do not use analytics or advertising pixels.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
